A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public
hearing on Street Vacation Application No. 9101-10 from Virginia
Dignan to receive public comments on the proposed vacation of
that portion of platted but unopened Landes, Oxford, and Kuhn
Streets bounded by 35th Street to the south and unplatted land
(tax lot 33 and 34) to the north, of the Moore Place Addition to
the City of Port Townsend. The hearing will be conducted on or
about 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2, 1991 in the Council Chambers
of City Hall, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and
approved by the Mayor this 4th day of June, 1991.
