A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
PORT TOWNSEND CIVIC TRUST
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor and city Clerk are here and hereby authorized and
directed to execute the annexed PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT
AMENDMENT with the Port Townsend Civic Trust to provide funding for
representatives to attend the Governor's Downtown Revitalization
Training Institute in the amount of $350.00.
