A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING A MODIFICATION OF
AGREEMENT FOR TOURISM MARKETING PLAN
DEVELOPMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed MODIFICATION OF THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AND THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL OF JEFFERSON
COUNTY to reimburse EDC for the hiring of a consultant to prepare
the plan not to exceed $3,950 or 50% of the cost as well as other
out-of-pocket expenses to facilitate meetings of the Tourism
Marketing Committee not to exceed $1,000 during 1991.
PASSED this 2nd day of July, 1991.
