A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE LI-
CENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE FAP~4ER'S MARKET TO EXTEND
THE TERM THEREOF
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 91-60, the City Council of the City
of Port Townsend authorized a License Agreement for use of a City
street for a Farmer's Market, and
WHEREAS, the Licensees desire to extend the term of the Li-
cense Agreement as set forth below, and the City Council of the
City of Port Townsend is agreeable to such request, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Town-
send that the Mayor and Clerk of the City are here and hereby auth-
orized to execute on behalf of the City an Amendment to the License
Agreement authorized by Resolution No. 91-60, to provide for an ex-
tension of the License Agreement up through the conclusion of the
crop-growing season or December 31, 1991, whichever date occurs
first.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and
signed by the Mayor of the City September 17, 1991.
