A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND DECLARING PROPERTY SURPLUS
AND AUTHORIZING ITS SALE TO JEFFERSON COUNTY
FIRE DISTRICT NO. 6
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The following items are here and hereby found and declared to
be surplus and the Fire Chief is here and hereby authorized and
directed to sell them to Jefferson County Fire District No. 6 in
the form and manner required by law for intergovernmental
purchases:
1,000' of 3 1/2" double cotton jacket fire hose
Six fittings that fit only the above mentioned hose
Four key stone valves, one of which is broken
Four 25' sections of 4" cotton jacket rubber lined hose
Any item not purchased by the fire district may be sold at public
auction in the form and manner provided by law.
PASSED this 16th day of July, 1991.
