A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING A
CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER b~IN LINE
ON PORT OF PORT TOWNSEND PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Council previously approved an Interlocal
Agreement with the Port of Port Townsend for construction and fi-
nancing of a water main line, the cost of which will be repaid to
the City by the Port, and the City has received a Bid to Contract
for the work from Primo Construction, Inc., in the amount of
$86,868.19, which bid is the lowest responsible bid, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Town-
send that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are hereby authorized to
execute a Contract with Primo Construction, Inc., in accordance
with the bid documents, and the Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to
issue the City's Warrants in payment of the same in accordance
with the Contract.
Passed by the City Council and approved and signed by the
Mayor October 1, 1991.
