A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Street Vacation
Application No. 9102-04 from George and Shirley Peterson to receive public comments on
the proposed vacation of McClellan Street between 30th and 31st Street. This property is
legally described as the platted but undeveloped right-of-way between Blocks 7 and 8 of the
Monogram Addition to the City of Port Townsend. The hearing will be conducted on or
about 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 1991 in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 540
Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and approved by the Mayor
this 20th day of August, 1991.
