A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF PORT
TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE LID #1
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, The contractor has essentially completed the construction of the LID//1 Seaview
Sewer project; and
WHEREAS, A number of residents have now been hooked up to the sewer line; and
WHEREAS, The contractor is requesting Progress Payment//6, still reserving the contingency
funds assigned by contract to cover change orders; and
WHEREAS, The State Department of Ecology's determination of a Class B wetlands in
the area requires special revegetation measures for which the cons~action
contractor is not responsible,
N O W T H E R E F O R E
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that it authorizes the acceptance
of the construction of LID gl, Seaview Sewer project.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and signed by the Mayor this 15th
day of October, 1991.
