A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN ON THE
CITY'S BEHALF AS SPONSOR OF A COASTAL REVOLVING LOAN
FUND TO CO~UNITY ACTION COUNCIL
%~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Port Townsend has re-
ceived a letter from Bart Phillips of the Economic Development Coun-
cil of Jefferson County dated October 23, 1991, requesting that the
City act as sponsor for the Jefferson Community Action Council for
a Coastal Loan Fund, and the City Council desires to act as such
sponsor, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend
that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to sign on behalf of the
City any documents for the City to act as sponsor for the Coastal
Revolving Loan Fund loan for Jefferson County Community Action Coun-
cil in accordance with the attached copy of the above-referenced
letter.
PASSED by the City Council for the City of Port Townsend and
approved and signed by the Mayor of the City this 5th day of Novem-
ber, 1991.
