A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND REPEALING P~SOI~JTION NO. 91-
79 ~ND SETTING THE FINAL HEARING POR I~AL
IMPRO~ DISTRICT NO. I
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 91-79 on
November 5, 1991, setting a hearing for the Final Assessment Roll
for Local Improvement District (LID) No. 1 at 7:00 PM on December
17, 1991, and,
WHEREAS, delays in preparation of the final roll have made it
impossible to provide property owners with adequate notice of their
individual assessment before that date, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
Section 1. Resolution No. 91-79 is here and hereby repealed
and declared null and void.
Section 2. The City Clerk is here and hereby authorized and
directed to give notice of a hearingbefore the Port Townsend City
Council at or about 7:00 PM on January 21, 1992, during a regular
City Council Meeting in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 540
Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington to receive testimony about
the final assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 1,
also known as the Seaview Sewer in the form and manner required by
law.
