A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AU~40~ZING THE NAYOR TO BID THE CONSTRUCTION OF EXPANSION OFT HE
The City proposes to expand the Wastewater Treatment
Plant as required by the Washington State Department of
Ecology, and
The Washington State Department of Ecology has outlined
a compliance schedule for the expansion project which
requests bidding commence during November 1991,
The City has prepared the appropriate bidding documents
to meet this schedule,
N O W T H E R E F O R E
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend
that it authorizes the Mayor to direCt the bidding of the
constrUction of the Secondary Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Adopted by the City C~il of the Cit~ of .Port Townsend and signed
by the Mayor this day of ~~ , 1991.
