A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A CONDITIDNAL GRANT OF
PERSONAL PROPERTY FROM BURTON H. YANDELL FOR THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND FIRE DEPARTmeNT
WHEREAS, by letter dated November 1, 1991, Burton H. Yandell
has expressed his intent to donate to the City of Port Townsend
Fire Department a 1974 Glastron boat with trailer and associated
equipment, on the terms and conditions set forth in the letter, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to accept said donation on
the terms and conditions stipulated, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Town-
send that the City does here and hereby accept the donation of
personal property as set forth in the attached letter of November
1, 1991, from Burton H. Yandell, and agrees to comply with the
terms and conditions of said letter as a condition of said gift.
The City Clerk is authorized to issue a receipt to Mr. Yandell
acknowledging receipt of the personal property, in the amount of
the fair market value thereof as determined by the City Fire De-
partment.
Passed by the City Council for the City of Port To~send and
approved and signed by the Mayor of the City this day of
November, 1991.
