A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH CH2M HILT. FOR
SERVICES DURING CONSTRUCTION OF THE WASTEWATER TREATN~q~T PLANT.

The City proposes to expand the Wastewater Treatment
Plant as required by the Washington State Department of
Ecology, and
The City of Port Townsend has reviewed the proposal from
CH2M Hill for engineering services during construction of
the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and
The city proposes to include in these services
engineering review of shop drawings, administrative
activities related to construction, grants, meetings,
negotiation and billings, etc., inspection services,
operation and maintenance manual, bidding services,
computer services and additional activities related to
sludge,
N O W T H E R E F O R E
it resolved by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that
it authorizes the Mayor to enter into a contract with CH2M Hill for
Services During Construction of the Expansion of the Wastewater
Treatment Plant.
Adopted by the city Council of the City of Port Townsend and signed
