A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PORT TOk~SEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO
EXECUTE A LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF THE
CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved in concept Phase One
of a proposed Waterfront Place Site Plan as set forth in a memor-
andum to the City Council by Sheila Westerman dated November 14,
1991, a copy of which is attached, and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to grant a License Agreement to
David Hero for location of kiosks and to Water Street Corpora-
tion for location of a dumpster and recycling facility pursuant
to the plan, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Town-
send that the Mayor and the City Clerk are here and hereby auth-
orized to execute on behalf of the City a License Agreement sub-
stantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A and Exhibit
B, in furtherance of Phase One of the Waterfront Place Site Plan
set forth in attached Exhibit C.
Passed by the City Council for the City of Port Townsend and
approved and signed by the Mayor of the City this ,~ day of
December, 1991.
