A LICENSE AGP, EEkqENT WITH JACK AND CAROLYN E. GUiHER
FOR THE USE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY.
~EREAS, the City cf Port Tot.msend is planning to 'undertake
construction of its waste~ater secondary treatment nlant facility
on Kuhn Street within the City of Port Tovm. send, and
I-.?HEREAS, in connection with said construction and improvemenEs,
it is anticipated that a construction site sta~ing area will be
necessary in the vicinity of the sewage treatment plant for the
storage of materials supplies and
, ~u_~,~=~, the parkzn~ off venz-
c!es, location of a temporary trailer site, and other incidennai
and accessory uses in csnnection with said construction, and

the City to use said property for said purposes for a te~ of az
least two years, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port To~,m-
send that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to execute on behalf'of the City a License Agreement in
a form substantially like that a~tached hereto as Exhibit A, ~ro-
v.d_n= for the use ~fi the property described aoove by the Cztv
City and its agents and contractors in connection with the con-
struction and improvement of the City's secondary wastewater treat-
ment plant, and the City Clerk-Treasurer is here and hereby author-
ized to issue the City's warrant or warrants in payment of the con-
sideration as set forth in said Agreement.
Passed by the City Council for the City of Port To~.send and
signed~and approved by'the Mayor of the City this 77~x day of
