A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNS~D AUTHORIZING A TEMPOI~RY
EASEMENT FOR DLP ASSOCIATES, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute a temporary easement agreement with DLP Associates, Inc.
for authority to cross certain city owned property in the Snow
Creek watershed.
