SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH JEFFERSON COUNTY FIRE
PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. 6
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed INTERLOCALAGREEMENT FORAMBULANCE SERVICE with
Jefferson County Fire Protection District No. 6 for the City to
provide ambulance service to the residents of the Fire District
during 1992 for a fee of $15,000 in addition to the customary
charges for services assessed against customers.
PASSED this 17th day of December, 1991.
