AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND ESTABLISHING
ADJUSTED SALARY FOR THE CITY ATTORNEY POSITION, AND
ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
The City Council of the City of Port Townsend in regular session assembled, does ordain
as follows~
SECTION 1. From and after April 1, 2000, the salary for the following City position is fixed
not to exceed the following amount, which salary shall be paid monthly, unless otherwise indicated:
City Attorney .................................................................................. $6,250.00
SECTION 2. All other salaries shall remain as previously established.
SECTION 3. Any and all actions taken pursuant to the authority of this ordinance, but prior
to its passage, are hereby ratified and confirmed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval and publication in
form and manner provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend at a regular meeting held this
