HomeMy WebLinkAbout92-100A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET AND THREE ALLEYS. The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public hearing on revised Street Vacation Application No. 9101-08 as proposed by Mike Marson, Lee Wilburn et. al. to receive public comments on the proposal to vacate a portion of a platted street and three alleys located within the Fowler's Park Addition: Parcel A. That portion of the alley in Block 31, Fowler's Park Addition, which lies southerly of the westerly extension of the south line of the north 1/2 of Lot 26 of said Block 31. Parcel B. Ail of the alley in Block 37, Fowler's Park Addition. Parcel C. The alley in Block 38, Fowler's Park, EXCEPT the northerly 20 feet thereof. Parcel D. Unopened Magnolia Street (formerly Offutt Street) bounded by Cook Avenue, Lot 7, Block 38 and Lots 6 and 7, Block 39. The hearing will be conducted at or about 7:00 PM on Monday, ~/0~ ~z. , 1992 in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water Street Port Townsend, Washington.
