A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH KARL JACOBSEN REGARDING A LICENSE
AGREEMENT FOR USE OF CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that the Mayor is
authorized to execute a License Agreement with Karl Jacobsen, in substantially the form
attached hereto, which would allow Karl Jacobsen to utilize City right-of-way for a one (1)
