A RESOLUTION OF AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH GENERAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR REPAIRS
TO CITY DOCK.
WHEREAS, certain repairs to City Dock are necessary as a result of damage caused by
ships tiedto the dock during a recent storm; and
WHEREAS, bids have been opened and General Construction Company is the lowest
responsive, responsible low bidder for the work to be done; Now, therefore:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND:
That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract in substantially the form
attached hereto with General Construction Company as' the lowest responsive, responsible low
bidder for repairs to City Dock.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Pojt. T-ow~asend and approved by the Mayor this
15th day of March, 1993.
