A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND AUTHORIZINO THE MAYOR TO SION A CONTRACT
WITH CH2M HILL FOR GENERAL CONSULTINO AND PROJECT
MANAGEMENT SERVICES.
The City is or has undertaken several projects for which the City does not have
sufficient staff to conduct such services itself at this 6me; and
These projects in City Dock and Pope Marine Building construction coordination,
Development Review assistance, initial sewer assessments and evaluations,
evaluation of City contracts for utility systems; and
The City has conformed with the standards of the laws by establishing a roster of
qualified consultants, including CH2M Hill; and
The City has investigated the qualifications of CH2M Hill and finds that they are
qualified to perform the services required,
N O W T H E R E F O R E
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that it authorizes the Mayor to
sign a contract with CH2M Hill for General Consulting and Project Management Services,
substantially as outlined in the attached scope of work.
