A RF~OLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND, AUTHORIZING A LATECOMER
UTILITY CONTRACT PURSUANT TO RCW 35.91
WHEREAS,
Syd L~ton has agreed to construct an h-inch water line in Holcomb Street
through thc intersection at 1 l th and Holcomb Streets, including a fire hydrant
within the service area of the City of Port Townsend in Jefferson County,
Washington; and
WHEREAS,
Syd Li_mon wishes to enter into an Agreement with the City of Port
Townsend pursuant to RCW 35.91, as mended, to provide for payment of
the costs of such improvement, and for partial reimbursement by subsequent
users or connectors to the system,
NO W THEREFORE
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute on behalf of the City an agreement providing for the payment of the costs
of construction of the utility line by the person set forth herein, and for such person to be
reimbursed by subsequent users or connectors onto said utility line.
