ASSOCIATES LS AND D FOR AN ENGINEERING SURVEY OF THE
MORGAN HILL SURVEY.
WHEREAS,
The City of Port Townsend is responsible for securing and
protecting the property at the Morgan Hill Reservoir from
vandalism; and
It has been anticipated that the City will use the
reservoir again in the future and appropriate security
and repairs will be necessary for such use; and
The City does not currently have the financial ability to
do all this work, but must take measures to protect the
reservoir by installing a fence; and
The City does not currently have an appropriate survey
showing property boundaries;
N O W T H E R E F O R E
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
that it authorizes the Mayor to sign a contract with Associates LS
and D for this engineering survey.
