A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE BIDDING FOR A WATER
DISTRIBUTION VEHICLE PURCHASE.
WHEREAS, The Water Distribution Department received approval in the 1993 budget to
purchase a utility vehicle; and
WHEREAS, The Water Distribution Department has received word that this vehicle is not
available on the State bid list; and
WHEREAS, The Water Department wishes to advertise and receive bids fbr the vehicle in a
fair and timely fashion, according to state and local regulations,
N O W T H E R E F O R E
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that it authorizes the Water
Distribution Department adve~ise and receiv~4Wd'~ a utility vehicle purchase.
