A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF AN ALLEY.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public
hearing on Street Vacation Application No. 9212-03 from James and
Marsha Eades. The proposal, if approved, would vacate a portion
of the alley lying within Block 25 of the Hastings 3rd Addition
to the City of Port Townsend. The portion of the alley to be
vacated lies between Lots 1-3 and Lots 8-10, and is described as
the eastern 180 feet of said alley.
The hearing will be conducted on or about 7:00 p.m. on
Monday, August 2. , 1993 in the Council Chambers of City Hall,
540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
