A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH PUGET POWER REGARDING RECEIPT BY THE CITY
OF AN ENERGY CONSERVATION GRANT FOR HEATING, VENTILATION
AND AIR CONDITIONING MODIFICATIONS AT THE WASTEWATER
TREATMENT PLANT.
Be It Resolved by the City Council for the City of Port Townsend that:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an Agreement with Puget Power, in
substantially the same form as attached hereto, regarding acceptance of an energy conservation
grant for modifications to the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system at the secondary
wastewater treatment plant.
Adopted by the City Council and signed by the Mayor this ~ day of ~ ,1993.
This Ordinance shall become effective five days after passage and publication as 15rovided by
law.
