A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING WRITE-OFF OF
UNCOLLECTIBLE UTILITY CHARGES FROM LIDO
ENTERPRISES
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
Lido Enterprises declared bankruptcy, and,
all assets held byLido Enterprises have been liquidated
to satisfy Outstanding debt, and,
the City Attorney has ruled that the utility lien statute
will not allow us to collect a lien against the property
for the former tenant's bill this far past due, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Clerk-Treasurer is here and hereby authorized and directed
to write off $4,749.03 from Account No. 13-18000000 for 925 Water
Street from the utility accounts receivable.
PASSED this 2nd day of August, 1993.
