A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH TOWNSEND BUILDERS TO PERFORM RAIL REPAIR
AT THE WAVE VIEWING GATw.~RY.
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
The Wave Viewing Gallery is a City Park; and
The railing has been damaged and is in need of repair;
and
The City has obtained three quotes; and
Townsend Builders had the low quote;
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Port Townsend
that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an Agreement in
substantially the form attached hereto with Townsend Builders for
the rail repair of the Wave Viewing Gallery.
