RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF STREET RIGHT-OF-
WAY FOR A CERTAIN PORTION OF HANCOCK STREET.
WHEREAS,
the record is unclear as to whether the public currently
holds the right to access upon the subject portion of
property proposed to be dedicated, and
WHEREAS,
the owners of properties adjacent to the subject portion
of Hancock Street wish to provide public access to lots
being developed on the western one-half of Block 6, James
H. Hussey's Addition to the City of Port Townsend.
Now, Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PORT TOWNSEND that the dedication of street right-of-way that 40-
foot-wide portion of Hancock Street (Originally platted as Hastings
Street) lying between 25th and 27th streets, and lying within the
James H. Hussey's Addition to the City of Port Townsend is accepted
by the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the dedication deed shall be recorded
