A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND DECLARING P&G
LANDSCAPING, INC. TO BE THE LOWEST
RESPONSIVE, RESPONSIBLE BIDDER FOR WETLAND
PLANTINGS AT THE BIOSOLIDS COMPOSTING
FACILITY
WHEREAS,
the City of Port Townsend is constructing a Biosolids Compost
Facility that includes a constructed wetland which needs to be
planted with wetland plants; and
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the bidding and the City of Port
Townsend has received bids for the Wetland Planting; and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Townsend found P&G Landscaping Inc. to be the
lowest responsive, responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend as follows:
Section 1
The contract for the Wetland Planting is hereby awarded to P&G Landscaping,
Inc. for an amount of $20,212.50 including sales tax subject to the contractor's
signature of the contract and posting of required Performance and Payment
Bonds, insurance certificates and all other documentation required by the
contract documents.
The Contract shall be signed by the Mayor and the City's award of the contract
will be final when the conditions of Section i are met.
ADOPTED by the City Council of t_h~o~Fownsend and signed by the
Mayor this 20th Day of September/Z1993.
