A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE CLERK/TREASURER TO SEGREGATE CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS
FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1.
WHEREAS,
the owners of the properties in Local Improvement
District No. 1 have requested a segregation of the
subdivided lots to allow a payout of the assessments
for the subdivided parcels; and
WHEREAS,
the City Attorney has advised that RCW 35.44.410
allows such segregations of the assessments to
accommodate subdivision of properties; Now, Therefore:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND;
T~e City Clerk/Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed
~to segregate the assessment for parcels 1-4127,8347,4148
4127-2,4148,4147-2,4152,4133,4147 as outlined in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto as though fully setforth herein.
