A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING A
LATE-COMER UTILITY CONTRACT PURSUANT TO RCW 35.91
WHEREAS, Mr. W.F. Anderson has agreed to construct a 6 inch water line nmning
for 360 feet in Flora SWeet between Thomas Drive and Flora Street dead-end in Irondale in the
service area of the City of Port Townsend in Jefferson County ,Washington, and
WHEREAS, he wishes to enter into an Agreement with the City of Port Townsend
pursuant to RCW 35.91, as amended, to provide for payment of the costs of such improvement,
and for the reimbursement by subsequent users or connectors to the system,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the Mayor of the City of Port Townsend is
hereby authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City the attached Latecomer
Agreement- Water Line, providing for the payment of the construction of the utility line
by the person set forth therein, and for such person to be reimbursed by subsequent users or
connectors into the system, in the _amounts and in the time and m_anner set forth in the
Agreement.
