OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public
hearing on Street Vacation Application No. 9311-01 from Robert
E. and Mona L.M. Bammert. The proposal, if approved, would
vacate Hancock Street between 27th Street and.Hastings Avenue
within the Hasting's 3rd Addition to the City of Port Townsend.
The hearing will be conducted on or about 7:00 p.m. on
Monday, December 20, 1993, in the Council Chambers of City Hall,
540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and
approved by the Mayor this 15th.day of November, 1993.
