A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public
hearing on Street Vacation Application No. 9311-06 from Mark
Saran. The proposal, if approved, would vacate Reed Street
between Adams and Taylor streets within the Mountain View 2nd
Addition to the City of Port Townsend.
The hearing will be conducted on or about 7:00 p.m. on
Monday, February 7, 1994, in the Council Chambers of City Hall,
540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and
approved by the Mayor this 2 _ December, 1993.
