RESOLUTION NO 93-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE BIDDING OF NECESSARY SERVICES AND PRODUCTS FOR
1994
WHE~S, The City of Port Townsend requires necessary services and products,
including but not limited to motor vehicle fuel, chlorine, chemicals for
water and wastewater treatment for the year of 1994, and
WHEREAS, The City annually bids these services and products in order to comply with State
law and obtain the best prices, and
WHEREAS, These products and services are necessary to conduct the various City functions
NOW THEREFORE
Be it resolved that City Council of the City of Port Townsend does hereby request the Mayor
to authorize the bidding of these various products and services.
