A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND, AUTHORIZING A LATECOMER
UTILITY CONTRACT PURSUANT TO RCW 35.91
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
Charley Kennard and Genara P. Kennard have constructed or caused to be
contracted a 6-inch water line in Kinkaid Street in Irondale within the service area
of the City of Port Townsend in Jefferson County, Washington; and
Charley Kennard and Genara P. Kennard wish to enter into an Agreement with
the City of Port Townsend pursuant to RCW 35.91, as amended, to provide for
payment of the costs of such improvement, and for partial reimbursement by
subsequent users or connectors to the system,
NO W THEREFORE
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute on behalf of the City an agreement providing for the payment of the costs
of construcfi~ of the utility line by the person set forth herein, and for such person to be
reimbursed by subsequent users or connectors onto said utility line.
