A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF AN ALLEY.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public
hearing on revised Street Vacation Application No. 9212-03 from
James and Marsha Eades. The proposal, if approved, would vacate
the entire length of the alley lying within Block 25 Hastings 3rd
Addition to the City of Port Townsend. The alley lies between
Hancock and Sherman streets,
The hearing will be conducted on or about 7:00 p.m. on
Monday, February 7, 1994, in the Council Chambers of City Hall,
540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and
approved by the Mayor this 3rd ~a~of January, 1994.
