A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A CONTRACT
AWARDING THE BID FOR SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE TO BE USED AT
THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY FOR 1994 TO TC
PRODUCTS.
WHEREAS, The City of Port Townsend requires necessary services and products for the year
1994; and
WHEREAS, The City's recently completed wastewater treatment facility requires sodium
hypochlorite for disinfection purposes; and
WHEREAS, The City has advertised for bids for this product in a fair and timely manner and
has found TC Products to be the lowest, responsive bidder,
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend does hereby request the
Mayor to sign a contract agreement with TC Products for sodium hypochlorite for 1994..
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and signed by the Mayor this 7th
day of February, 1994.
