A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT WITH JEFFERSON COUNTY FOR
PROSECUTORIAL SERVICES FOR THE YEAR 1994.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with Jefferson County for prosecutorial services during
the year 1994 in substantially the same form as attached hereto.
