RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public
hearing on Street Vacation Application No. 9311-01 from Robert
and Mona Bammert. The proposal, if approved, would vacate
Hancock Street between 27th Street and Hastings Avenue in the
City of Port Townsend. The subject street is located to the west
of Block 9 of Hastings 3rd Addition and to the east of unplatted
property owned by the applicant.
The hearing will be conducted on or about 7:00 p.m. on
Monday, April 18., 1994, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 540
Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
