A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND, AUTHORIZING A LATECOMER
UTILITY CONTRACT PURSUANT TO RCW 35.91
WHEREAS, Andy and Erica Erickson have constructed or caused to be contructed a 6-inch
water line in Umatilla Street within the service area of the City of Port Townsend
in Jefferson County, Washington; and
WHEREAS, Andy and Erica Erickson wish to enter into an Agreement with the City of Port
Townsend pursuant to RCW 35.91, as amended, to provide for partial
reimbursement of the costs of such improvement by subsequent users or
connectors to the line,
NOW THEREFORE
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute on behalf of the City an agreement providing for the partial reimbursement
of the costs of construction of the utility line by the person named herein through payments from
subsequent users-or connectors to said utility line.
Adopted by the City Council of the City signed by the Mayor this 7th day
of March, 1994.
