A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND, AUTHORIZING AN
AMENDMENT TO A LATECOMER UTILITY CONTRACT
PURSUANT TO RCW 35.91
WHEREAS,
Peter Schoeneman has constructed or caused to be constructed a 6-inch water line
in McClellan Street within the service area of the City of Port Townsend in
Jefferson County, Washington; and
Peter Schoeneman entered into an Agreement with the City of Port Townsend
pursuant to RCW 35.91, as amended, recorded under Auditor's No. 342176, to
provide for partial reimbursement of the costs of such water line by subsequent
users or connectors to the line, and
Said Agreement contained a miscalculation as to the reimbursement rate, which
Peter Schoeneman and the City of Port Townsend desire to rectify by executing
and recording an amendment to said Agreement,
NO W THEREFORE
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute on behalf of.the City a document amending the agreement described above
for the purpose of correcting a miscalculation as to the reimbursement rate.
