A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A REQUEST FOR
RECONVEYANCE RELEASING A DEED OF TRUST RETAINED AS
SECURITY FOR COMPLETION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS AT THE
TOWNE POINT PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City retained a Deed of Trust as security for the completion of required
improvements at the Towne Point Planned Unit Development; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that all of the improvement requirements of the
Planned Unit Development Agreement have now been satisfied; Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a request for reconveyance releasing the deed
of trust conveyed by the owners of Towne Point to the City of Port Townsend as security for
meeting the conditions of the Planned Unit Development Agreement for the Towne Point
Planned Unit Development.
