RESOLUTION NO. ~ ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public
hearing on Street Vacation Application No. 9403-03 from Pete
Sofie and the city of Port Townsend. The proposal, if approved,
would vacate E Street between Redwood Street and Ash Street in
the City of Port Townsend. The subject street is located to the
north of Block 9 and south of Block 6 of the Webster's Addition
to the City of Port Townsend.
The hearing will be conducted on or about 7:00 p.m. on
Monday, April 18, 1994, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 540
Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and
approved by the Mayor this 21st d~f March, 1994.
