OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public
hearing on Street Vacation Application No. 9401-10 from
Jefferson General Hospital. The proposal, if approved, would
vacate Wilson Street between 8th and 9th Street in the City of
Port Townsend. The subject street is located between Blocks 211
and 212 within the Eisenbeis Addition to the City of Port
Townsend.
The hearing will be conducted on or about 7:00 p.m. on
Monday, May 2, 1994, in the Council Chambers of city Hall, 540
Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and
approved by the Mayor this 1994.
