A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING HEALTH DEPARTMENT
CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH JEFFERSON COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed CONTRACT AMENDMENT with the Jefferson County
Commissioners to supplement the contract fee by $9,363 for Health
Department Services in 1994.
