A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port TownsendCity Council shall conduct a public
hearing on Street Vacation Application No. 9401-10. from
Jefferson General Hospital. The proposal, if approved, would
vacate Wilson Street from the south line of 8th Street to th~
north line of 9th Street in the City of Port Townsend. The
subject street is located between Blocks 211 and 212 within the
Eisenbeis Addition to the City of Port Townsend.
The hearing will be conducted on or about 7:00 p.m. on
Monday, June 201 1994, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 540
Water Streetf Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the city Council of the City of Port Townsend and
approved by the Mayor this 16th~ May, 1994...
