A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND, AUTHORIZING A LATECOMER
UTILITY CONTRACT PURSUANT TO RCW 3:5.91
WHEREAS, Jim and Joyce Engle, Kent Taylor, and Thelma Fletcher have constructed or
caused to be contracted a 6-inch water line in 53rd Street within the service area
of the City ~ff Port Townsend in Jefferson County, Washington; and
WHEREAS, Jim and Joyce Engle, Kent Tayk~r, and Thelma Fletcher wish to enter into an
Agreement with the City of Port Townsend pumtant m RCW 35.91, as amended,
to provide for partial reimbursement of the costs of sx~ch improvement by
subsequent users or connectors to the line,
NO W THEREFORE
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend that the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute on behalf of the City an agreement providing for the partial reimbursement
of the costs of construction of the utility line by the pers~m(s) named herein through payments
from ,subsequent users or connectors m said utility line.
