OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF AN ALLEY.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public
hearing on Street Vacation Application No.~from Ken
· ~.. The proposal, if approved, would vacate the platted
alley located within Block 47 of the Fowler's Park Addition in
the city of Port Townsend. The subject alley is located between
Mason and Thomas streets.
The hearing will be conducted on or about 7:00 p.m. on
Monday, July 18. 1994, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 540
Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and
approved by the Mayor
